BC landlords, notify your tenant that you will be raising the rent with this free Notice of Rent Increase for residential rental units.

• The Notice must be served by a landlord on the tenant of the rental premises at least 3 months prior to the rent increase.
• The tenant is notified of the effective date of the rental increase, and what the new rental rate will be.
• Instructions on serving the notice are included.
