Real estate salespersons employed by a broker may also perform these activities. There is no licensing requirement for community association managers.
To get a license, you must be at least 20 years old, a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and have at least 1 year's experience as a real estate salesperson or 2 years of general real estate experience. You must also complete the required courses and pass the examination.
