You must also check to be sure the name is available. Do not publish until documents have been approved. ALL DOCUMENTS FILED WITH THE ARIZONA CORPORATION COMMISSION ARE PUBLIC RECORD. AS SUCH, ALL DOCUMENTS ARE OPEN FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION.
