Queensland Rental Property Management Forms

Manage residential and business rental properties and tenants in Queensland with these easy-to-use Rental Property Management Forms.

Under Queensland law, the letting fees that real estate agents can charge for managing a residential rental property are determined by the length of the tenancy. For example, if the tenancy is more than 5 years, the maximum letting fee is 7.5% of the annual rent. The agent can also charge a commission. On a holiday let, the maximum commission is 12% of rent collected (for a let of less than 3 months) or 9% (for 3 months or more).

The Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 (Qld) governs licensing of letting agents in Queensland.
