Can I edit my forms after I download them? What formats do they come in?

Yes, almost all of the forms are fully editable, and can be edited on, and printed from, your computer. If you are unable to download for any reason, we can email the forms to you. Most documents are in Microsoft Word format. If you need them converted into a different format, we can do that for you as well.

Is it safe to purchase over the Internet?

All order forms are encrypted and transmitted via a secure server. We do not store any credit card information. We will ask you for a valid email address so we can send you your forms, but we do not use your email to send you marketing materials unless you authorize us to do so. We do not sell or lease any customer information to third parties.

Do I have to become a Member to purchase forms from

It's not necessary to sign up as a member to buy our forms. However, if you want to purchase a Discount Plan, subscribe to our newsletter or take advantage of our member-only special offers, a membership is required. It doesn't cost anything, and it will allow you to track and download the forms you've purchased for a full year after your purchase.

If I don't see the form I need, can you get it for me?

Let us know what form you're looking for, and we will try to find it for you from among our network of legal and business content providers. We are constantly adding new forms to our website so tell us what you would like to see!

Are your prices listed in US Dollars or Canadian Dollars?

We accept both currencies, and the price remains the same regardless of which one you use. You can choose to pay either in Canadian Dollars or US Dollars. All transactions in Canadian Dollars will also be charged GST of 5% on the sale price. Please note that if you are using a USD credit card and you choose to pay in CAD (or vice versa), the credit card issuer will apply the current exchange rate to the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

All customers can pay by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Paypal. Canadian customers can also pay with American Express and Discover.

What happens to my personal information?

If you sign up as a Member we will store the information you provide so that our system can recognize you when you log in. Please also see our company Privacy Policy.

We do not store any credit card information on our servers. That is why we ask you to enter your credit card each time you make a purchase. We do not sell or lease any customer information to third parties.

Why do you need my email address?

We need your email address so that we can email your confirmation / receipt for the purchase. We respect your privacy and will not use your email address other than to contact you about your dealings with We will only email you newsletters and special offers if you give us your express consent in writing to do so, in accordance with CASL Regulations. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing.

My credit card is not going through. What should I do?

Customers outside of Canada may be required to pre-authorize the charges with their card issuer. Contact the credit card issuer for details.

Can you tell me which forms are right for me?

There are certain questions we cannot answer. If you are looking for a particular document, we will try to help you find it. but we cannot advise you about its use or applicability to your circumstances. 

It is a legal offence for online publishers to give legal advice or practice law over the Internet. To comply with the law in this regard, cannot, does not and will not provide its customers with any information or communication in the nature of legal consultation, explanation, recommendation or advice. 

Our customer service policy is to restrict interaction with customers to issues involving technical problems, questions about billings, pricing and subscriptions, and the processing of refunds.


What if the form I just purchased is not the correct one I need?

We will either replace it with another document which is more appropriate to your needs, or refund you the purchase price of the document. See our Satisfaction Guarantee for details. Requests for refunds must be received within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of the date of purchase.

What formats are the forms available in?

We provide documents in either MS Office formats (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), or as Adobe PDF files. We can also convert many of the forms into another format if necessary (WordPerfect, MS Works, RTF).

Can I use the form more than once?

Of course! Once you buy it, you can use it as often as you like. However, we do have some restrictions on how you use the document - it must be for your personal use, and not for resale or distribution. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions.

Will I be able to make changes to the form?

In most cases, yes. All MS Word forms are fully editable. Some PDF forms are fill-in forms. If the document is copyrighted material, you will not be allowed to make changes to it.

I didn't receive an invoice or confirmation of my purchase? Where is it?

Our site will automatically send you a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you do not receive one within 15 minutes after you make a purchase, the SPAM filters in your email program may be blocking our messages to you. Check your SPAM and junk mail folders to look for the confirmation. You should also add to your list of approved senders. Email us at and we will send you another copy of your confirmation.

If I do not get a confirmation email, can I still get the forms I purchased?

Of course! Just contact us, and we will email you a download link that you can use to download the forms. If for some reason your link does not work, we will send you your form as an email attachment.

Help! I cannot open the form I purchased.

It may mean that you don't have Office installed on your computer. Please contact us with the name and version of the word processing program you are using so we can convert the document to a format you can use.
