Dealers, do you sell goods on consignment for certain suppliers? Use this template to prepare a Consignment Sale Agreement. Provisions of the Agreement include:
  • The supplier (consignor) supplies the products or goods to the dealer (consignee), who will be paid a percentage for each sale.
  • The supplier continues to own the consignment goods until they are sold or until the dealer pays the supplier for the goods and takes over ownership of them.
  • The dealer is authorized to sell the goods under the supplier's standard conditions of sale, including manufacturer's warranties.
  • While any consignment goods are in its possession, the dealer is responsible for proper storage and for keeping the goods insured in the name of the consignor.
