Consulting Services Letter Agreement

Use this template to prepare a Consulting Services Agreement in letter form, between a consultant and a company wishing to retain the consultant on an independent contractor basis to provide services to the company on an ongoing basis. Provisions of the agreement include:

• contract is not exclusive for either party;
• availability of consultant;
