Ontario landlords, start the process to evict a tenant with this Application to Terminate a Tenancy and Evict a Tenant.

The application is made to the Landlord and Tenant Board. This Form L2 contains:

• landlord's application form and reasons for the application,
• information required to schedule the hearing,
• payment and scheduling information form.

This form should not be used if the eviction is for non-payment of rent. For those applications, you need to use a Form L1 Application Form.
