Software Consulting Agreement

If you plan to retain a consultant to provide software consulting and development services, set out the terms under which the services will be provided with this Software Consulting Agreement. Provisions of the Agreement include:

• The consultant will provide price protection to the client.
• The consultant must appoint an account representative to manage the client's account. The client has the right to terminate the agreement if the account representative is no longer employed by the consultant.
• Procedures for installation and testing of the software developed for the client.
• The consultant agrees not to recruit any of the client's personnel
• The client's right to injunctive relief if the consultant breaches the agreement.
