Mississippi subcontractors and suppliers, are you still waiting for payment for labor or materials supplied to a construction project? Use this template to prepare and serve a Stop Work Notice.

• The Notice must be served on the construction lender and the property owner.
• It gives details of the amounts still owing to the subcontractor or supplier with respect to labor, services, or materials provided to a work site and not yet paid for.
• The Notice also requests that the lender not advance any additional funds until the outstanding debt is paid.
