Georgia Notice of Commencement

Give notice to mortgage lenders and other interested parties of improvements you are doing to your property with this Georgia Notice of Commencement, under Section 44-14-361.5 of the Georgia Code.

The Notice of Commencement contains the following information:

• the date on which the construction, improvements or renovations on the property will begin,
• information about the contractor, the surety, and the guarantor and
• a description of the work to be performed.

It includes a copy of the relevant section of the Code as to how the form must be filed and served.
