BAKED TROUT FILLETS
Ingredients:
1 lb. trout fillets
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Paprika
Preheat oven to 350F. Place fish in greased shallow 3-qt. baking dish. In small bowl, combine sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt; spread over fish, sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 20-25 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
