CHILI RELISH Ingredients: 6 qts ripe tomatoes, peeled 10 green peppers, chopped 10 sweet red peppers, chopped 5 medium onions, chopped 1/2 c. salt 1 hot red pepper, chopped 3 Tbsp. flour 2 1/2 lbs. sugar 1 6-oz jar prepared mustard 1 qt. cider vinegar In large pot combine tomatoes, green peppers, sweet peppers, onions and salt, let stand overnight. Dressing: Combine flour and sugar; add mustard and vinegar. Stir until smooth. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Drain vegetables, add the hot peppers. Add dressing, bring to boil and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Bottle in sterilized jars, seal tightly. Yield: 6 pints.
