COCOA BARS Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter or margarine 1 c. sifted flour 2 Tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. chopped walnuts Cream butter until soft. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, creaming well. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in milk. Sift together dry ingredients, stir into creamed mixture. Add nuts. Spread into a greased 9" x 9" x 2" pan. Bake at 350F. until done, about 25 minutes. Frost with chocolate frosting or cocoa icing.
