Cola & Ginger Ale Eggnog Recipes
COLA EGGNOG
Ingredients:
2 eggs, separated
2 6.5-oz cans cola
2 Tbsp. icing sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Beat egg yolks slightly, combine with chilled cola. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; gradually beat in sugar and vanilla. Fold half of the beaten egg whites into the cola mixture and pour into 2 tall glasses. Top with remaining whites. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serves 2.
GINGER ALE EGGNOG
Ingredients:
1 egg
Dash of salt
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
2 c. light cream
1 pint ginger ale
Beat egg, salt and corn syrup together, stir in chilled cream. Just before serving, add ginger ale. Serves 6.
