Frozen Fruit & Cheese Salad

FROZEN FRUIT & CHEESE SALAD Ingredients: 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. crushed pineapple 1/2 c. chopped dates 1/2 c. quartered maraschino cherries 1/2 c. toasted almonds 2 sliced bananas 1 c. heavy cream, whipped Gradually add the lemon juice and mayonnaise to the cream cheese, blending until smooth. Add the salt and the fruit. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour into individual molds, freeze until firm. Serves 6-8.
