GAZPACHO
Ingredients:
1 c. tomato, peeled & chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. cucumber, peeled & chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar or lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 c. tomato juice
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve chilled.
