GLAZED GRAPE TARTS Ingredients: 4 c. concord grapes 2/3 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1-2 Tbsp. lemon juice 6 unbaked tart shells 3/4 c. currant or apple jelly Remove skins from grapes, and reserve skins. Cook grape pulp until seeds loosen, put through sieve to remove seeds. Mix sugar and cornstarch, add to pulp. Add skins and lemon juice, pour into tart shells. Bake at 450F. for 10 min. Lower heat to 350˚ F. and bake for an additional 20 min. Heat jelly with 1-2 tsp. water, stirring until thin and smooth. Pour over grapes to glaze. Cool, serve with whipped cream.
