GUACAMOLE
Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Peel and pit the avocado. Blend the pulp with the other ingredients until smooth. For variation in flavor, add 1 large garlic clove.
Serve with nachos, pita bread, breadsticks or chips.
