Refund of Bond (New Zealand)

NZ landlords, prepare a Refund of Bond form for a vacating tenant with this easy template issued by the New Zealand Department of Building and Housing - Tenancy Services.

This form is to be completed and signed by both the tenant and the lessor or managing agent at the end of a residential tenancy. The Refund form instructs the Tenancy Services Centre how much of the bond is to be refunded to each party, and contains information about the refund process and instructions for completing the form.
