NZ landlords, prepare a Refund of Bond for a vacating tenant with this free form issued by the New Zealand Department of Building and Housing - Tenancy Services.

• The Refund form must be completed and signed by both the tenant and the lessor or managing agent at the end of a residential tenancy.
