Peanut Butter Cookies

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES Ingredients: 1 c. soft butter or margarine 1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 c. peanut butter 2 c. flour 2 tsp. soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. coconut Preheat oven to 375F. Cream butter and sugar, beat in unbeaten eggs one at a time. Add peanut butter and blend well. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Mix in coconut. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, press flat with fork. Bake 12-15 minutes.
