PLUM SAUCE Ingredients: 1 28-oz. can green gage plums 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. vinegar Drain juice from plums. Put fruit in blender, blend until pureed. In saucepan, combine puree, garlic, sugar and vinegar. Cook slowly for about 30 minutes, cool and pour into jars or bottles. Refrigerate.
