Shrimp Cocktail with Sherry Recipe
SHRIMP COCKTAIL WITH SHERRY
Ingredients:
2 c. cooked or canned shrimp
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sherry
Remove veins from shrimp, mix shrimp with celery. Add salt to taste. Place in individual serving glasses. Mix remaining ingredients and add to shrimp. Chill.
Serves 8-10.
