Lease Co-Signer Agreement (Ontario)

Ontario landlords, are you signing a lease with a tenant who is a student and/or a minor? Make sure a parent or guardian of the tenant executes this Co-Signer Agreement, which can be attached as an addendum to the lease or rental agreement. The co-signer agrees to:
