UK Indemnity Agreement

Indemnify a third party against claims or actions with this Indemnity Agreement for the United Kingdom.

The party giving the Indemnity (called the 'indemnitor') agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the indemnitee (the party being protected) from any claims, actions, liabilities or losses that may arise as a result of the indemnitee's relationship or dealings with the indemnitor.
The indemnitor also agrees to pay legal fees and expenses arising from any failure by the indemnitor to perform its obligations under the agreement.
