Northern Ireland Landlord's Notice to Terminate Business Tenancy

Northern Ireland landlords, terminate a business tenancy under the Business Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order by serving your tenant with this Landlord's Notice under Article 5(2)(a) terminating Tenancy which has ceased to be a tenancy to which the Order Applies.

The landlord must give not less than 3, and not more than 6 months' notice to the tenant that the tenancy is terminated.
