Employee Statutory Declaration re Purchase of Syndicated Mortgage Units (Alberta)

Use this template to prepare an Employee Statutory Declaration for employees of a company which is party to a syndicated mortgage transaction in Alberta, to allow the employees to purchase mortgage units. The employee must provide the Statutory Declaration in compliance with Securities Act regulations.
