Subscriber Package for Syndicated Mortgage by OM (Alberta)

Use these templates to prepare a package of documents to be distributed to parties interested in investing in a syndicated mortgage offered under an offering memorandum in the Province of Alberta Canada. The package contains:

• Subscription Agreement and Power of Attorney, which the investor will complete in order to subscribe the mortgage units and to appoint the president of the issuing corporation as attorney for the investor, to sign and register certain documents on the investor's behalf;
• Statutory Declaration with respect to specific exemptions under the Alberta Securities Act.
