Use this template form to prepare a Garnishee Summons for Employment Earnings and Affidavit in Support in connection with a judgment obtained in a lawsuit in the Court of Queen's Bench, Alberta.

After being filed in Court, the Garnishee Summons would then be served on the judgment debtor's employer (garnishee). The form contains explicit instructions to the garnishee as to how much of the debtor's employment earnings are to be paid into court, what the garnishee's legal obligations are, and what exemptions exist under the law.
