The Writ of Possession instructs a Civil Enforcement Agency to enter upon and take possession of a debtor's lands on behalf of the creditor in a collection action. The file contains an Affidavit with respect to the defendant's occupancy of the property, and a Creditor's Statement of Debtor's Land form.
