Are you selling a real estate property in the Province of Nova Scotia? If you are not providing the purchasers with a new survey, you will need to swear an Affidavit of Survey.

The Affidavit attests that no changes have been made to the property since the date of the last survey. A true copy of the previous survey must be attached to the Affidavit.
