Teaming Agreement for Joint Provision of Services

Use this template to create a Teaming Agreement between a prime contractor and a subcontractor for tendering a proposal and subcontractor bid to a customer for joint provision of services. Provisions of the agreement include:

• The subcontractor will provide its submission to the prime contractor, who will prepare the proposal.
• Each party will bear its own costs incurred in preparation of the proposal and bid.
• The parties agree to keep each other's information confidential and not to disclose any such information to third parties.
• The parties' relationship is that of independent contractors. The agreement does not constitute a partnership or joint venture.
