Party Rolls
PARTY ROLLS
Whole container Smoked Salmon Spread
Mayonnaise (sufficient to make the ingredients more spreadable)
1 Tsp. Dried Mustard
Large Soft Tortillas
Pickles (your choice of flavour)
Ham or Bologna
Mango Salsa
Mix smoked salmon spread with dried mustard and mayonnaise.
To make the Roll:
1. Lay out soft tortilla.
2. Spread mixed ingredients.
3. Cut pickles into pieces lengthwise and place one strip of pickles at the top edge of tortilla.
4. Cut meat slice in half and lay just below pickle while leaving small gap between pickle and meat.
5. Place small stripe of mango salsa and then gently roll up tortilla so as not to squeeze the ingredients out.
Once all the mix is used up and the Tortillas are rolled, place Rolls into freezer for an hour or two. This is to create firmness so they'll be easier to cut.
Cut and Arrange:
Cut rolls at slight angle and arrange on serving platter. Don't worry there will be a little wastage from the rough ends of the tortillas - but that'll give you something to snack on in the meantime! Once platter is arranged, cover gently with plastic wrap and place in fridge until ready to serve.
