Indemnity of Investor by Parties in Breach

Use this template to prepare an Indemnity of Investor Agreement between one or more indemnifying parties (indemnitors), an investor who advanced funds to the indemnitors under an existing loan agreement, and a guarantor.

• The indemnitors have committed one or more breaches of the loan agreement, and the investor has lost his/her original investment.
• In return for the investor forbearing to take legal action, the indemnitors indemnify the investor for the return of the entire amount invested.
• Repayment of the investment funds is guaranteed by the guarantor.
