Sausage Macaroni Hot Dish

SAUSAGE and MACARONI HOT DISH Ingredients: 1 lb. pork sausage 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1 cup uncooked macaroni 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chili powder 1 - 1 lb. can tomatoes 1/2 cup dairy sour cream grated cheese Method: Lightly brown the meat. Drain off fat. Add onions and green pepper. Cook until tender. Stir in next six ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Check macaroni to make sure it is cooked throughout. Stir in sour cream - heat throughout. Add grated cheddar with this hot dish. Yield: Makes 4 - 6 servings.
