Management Indemnity Agreement

Use this template to prepare a Management Indemnity Agreement between the companies comprising an international foundation structure, and a party appointed as an advisor to the Foundation. Under the agreement, the advisor indemnifies the companies and their respective directors and officers. This is a generic form of indemnity in MS Word format. It is intended for use by Canadians as part of an international foundation structure pursuant to the requirements of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and ITA Regulations, and governed by the laws of the country in which the structure is established.
