Contractor Services Agreement

Use this template to prepare a Contractor Services Agreement between a company and an independent contractor, under which the company retains the contractor to provide services with respect to several projects. Provisions of the contract include:

• The contractor is to be paid an hourly rate and will be reimbursed for pre-approved expenses.
• The agreement is not an exclusive contract, and the contractor is not required to devote all of his/her time and efforts to the companys projects.
• The document includes a confidentiality agreement and a non-competition covenant.
