Montana Notice of Completion and Affidavit of Publication

Montana property owners are required to publish a Notice of Completion when construction has been completed on a property, in accordance with MCA 71-3-533.

• The Notice of Completion must be published for 3 consecutive weeks in a newspaper in the county in which the property is located.
• The Affidavit of Publication must be sworn as evidence of the publishing of the Notice.
