Alberta Provision for Cumulative Voting for Articles of Incorporation
Are you incorporating in the Province of Alberta?
If the corporation will allow for cumulative voting by the shareholders to elect the directors (based on the number of shares held by each shareholder), insert this provision into the Articles of Incorporation. The cumulative voting provision is applicable if the Articles of Incorporation set out a fixed number of directors.
