At your discretion, you can grant your attorney-in-fact the power to deal with any or all of the following matters:

• pension and employment benefits,
• tax matters,
• legal matters,
• business operations.

This Power of Attorney DOES NOT give your attorney-in-fact the authority to make health care or other medical decisions for you. That will require a Medical Durable Power of Attorney.

This Colorado Statutory Short Form Power of Attorney is updated to reflect 2010 changes to the Act.
