Renovation Contract
Prepare a Renovation Contract between the general contractor and the home owner with this easy-to-use template.
- The general contractor agrees to provide all required materials, labor, tools, equipment and supervision for the renovation work.
- Payment of the contract price, less any applicable holdbacks, will be made in several payments, with the balance due on completion of the renovations.
- A signed change order is required for any alterations to the work specified.
- The general contractor is responsible for cleanup and for job site safety.
- The home owner is responsible for providing utilities, toilets and access to the site.
