Offer shares for services provided to an Ontario company with this Sweat Equity Agreement.

The shares are being offered to a person who will provide services to the company in exchange for an option to purchase shares in the company.
The investor will not be paid any fees for the services but will be entitled to claim pre-approved expenses.
The option will vest after the services have been fully performed, provided the investor is not in default under the agreement.
Upon purchase of the shares, the investor agrees to become a party to the company's shareholder agreement.
