USA Employment Agreement with Trade Secrets Protection
USA employers, write an Employment Agreement for a new employee with this template, which includes trade secrets protection provisions.
- The employee shall not have an interest in any other business similar or related to the business of the employer during the term of employment, except for the right to buy stock in publicly traded securities.
