Northern Territory Residential Tenancy Agreement

NT landlords, let a house or flat to a tenant with this Residential Tenancy Agreement, in accordance with the Northern Territory Residential Tenancies Act.

This Agreement can be used for either a fixed term (such as 1 year) or for a periodic tenancy (such as month to month). The Tenancy Agreement contains required standard provisions for tenancies, such as:

• payment of rental bond and refund to tenant at the end of the tenancy,
• rent increases,
• responsibilities of the landlord and tenant,
• landlord's right to enter the premises in certain circumstances,
• alterations, repairs and maintenance,
• how the tenancy can be terminated.

The Agreement also includes a Premises Condition Report and a Receipt Form for payment of rent and rental bond.
