• The Agreement is between the school, a student, and the owner of the premises which is leased by the school to provide accommodation for students.
• The premises will be provided furnished.
• The term of the agreement is for one semester.
• The student can arrange to pay the housing fees in full or in installment payments over the course of the semester, or can authorize the school to deduct payments from financial aid amounts.
• The student must remain enrolled at the school during the term of the Agreement.
• The school has the right to make roommate assignments, and to relocate the student to other accommodation, if necessary.
