Consent of Corporation to Use of Name

Use this template to prepare a Consent Form, to be given by a corporation to a related entity which is in the process of incorporating as a business corporation. The existing corporation consents to the new company using a name similar to that of the existing corporation. The existing corporation also undertakes to dissolve. This is a generic corporate form in MS Word format, and is not specific to any country or region.
