Restrictive Covenant re: Parking (Canada)

Use this template to create a Restrictive Covenant for Canada, which places restrictions on the use, sale and transfer of parking units in a condominium project. This form would be used for projects in which the parking stalls have separate titles. Parking units can only be sold or transferred to other owners or to the condominium corporation.
