Canada Notice of Intention to Remove Fixture

Give notice of your intention to remove a fixture in which you have a security interest with this easy to use template for Canadian lenders.

• The Notice must be served by the secured party (lender) on the debtor and on any parties who have an interest in the property where the fixture is located (such as a landlord, or a mortgagee).
