South Australia Notice of Termination by Landlord or Housing Co-operative

South Australia landlords and housing co-operatives, if you are terminating a tenant's tenancy, you must first serve the tenant with this Notice of Termination, in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act 1995 and Regulations.

This notice is actually two forms of notice in one:

• a Notice of Termination by Landlord (General Form for Periodic Tenancy) and
• a Notice of Termination by Housing Co-operative (for Fixed Term or Periodic Agreement).

The form includes instructions for the landlord on how the notice is to be served, and information for the tenant on what his ⁄ her obligations are with respect to vacating the premises.
