Waste Water Disposal Agreement

Use this template to prepare an Agreement for the Handling and Disposal of Processed Water, between the owner of a disposal well (producer) and the operator of a water disposal facility (processor) for the disposal of the water. Provisions include:

• The processor will give the producers water priority over third parties, and has the right to refuse water if it deems it to be hazardous.
• The producer must provide a calibrated meter for determining the volume of water delivered for disposal.
• Disposal fees will be charged by cubic meter.
